Highlights:

  • Had a major role in developing the ePrograms wellness program web site.
  • Created a ControlPanel utility application for use by the Product Support team to assist in helping our clients.
  • Rewrote the database access unit to standardize the database call methods.

Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities included support and enhancements to the order entry web site, the client/server order management system, the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, new project development, and ensuring project adherence to software development life cycle (SDLC) requirements.

Highlights:

  • Created an automated FedEx tracking system for our CRM system using T-SQL.
  • Designed and implemented enhancements to the web ordering system using ASP.
  • Developed and implemented a Sales Projection system on our iET Solutions CRM system.
  • Designed, developed, and implemented an orders reporting application in ASP.Net, allowing external customers to view detail and summary data from our web site.
  • Worked on a project to redesign the on-line product catalog presentation, using T-SQL and ASP.
  • Assisted in the design and development of the check order entry system rewrite using VB.Net and SQL Server.
  • As member of the Architect team, reviewed project designs to ensure that they met current “Best Practices” set by the team.
  • Worked on a team to develop a project estimating worksheet for use by the developers.
  • Worked on several systems to prepare for Y2K in Borland Pascal and Delphi, and Btrieve database.
  • Developed, implemented and maintained several technical support utilities using Delphi.
  • Recommended, purchased, and installed a bisynchronous communications system.
  • Developed a mail presort controller for bulk mail manifesting, using Borland Pascal.

  • Designed and implemented a communication system which allowed for multiple concurrent bisynchronousdata transmissions to customers.
  • Researched and recommended the purchase of database software for the company.

Highlights:
